Since 2010 Oliver Danner preserves audio media for the German federal film archive and as freelance service. He’s been exploring the field of sound engineering for more than 23 years and holds an MA degree in conservation and restoration of audiovisual cultural assets since 2015, as well as a BEng in media production and -technology since 2008. Oliver regularly gets contracted by public and private audio collections, takes part during international conferences and workshops and was in 2020 accepted as a member to the IASA technical committee.
