At the end of the 2020 IASA - FIAT/IFTA Joint Conference time has come for a word of thanks. Not only to our hosts and the organisers of the conference, but also to the speakers, the moderators, all that have worked behind the scenes and of course to you, the participants to this conference.

As this is an election year for both FIAT/IFTA and IASA, there are also a few people to whom we owe our gratitude as they've come to the end of their mandate on the respective organisation boards. The outgoing presidents of IASA and FIAT/IFTA will give their farewell address, and the new ones will present themselves and their plans for the future.

As tradition requires, at the end of this session the location for the next FIAT/IFTA World Conference will also be revealed.
