Germano started his carrier in the Ericsson R&D center in Rome working for 17 years in research and development.
Since 2008 he is proposing, designing and delivering innovative Media solution architectures for the main Italian broadcasters and telecom operators, spanning from content discovery, media and content acceleration to media delivery networks and video broadcast over mobile networks.

Germano was the technical responsible for the biggest European LTE broadcast trial run by TIM in Expo 2015.

Germano is now in Atos proposing and delivering several Media project most of which for RAI Radio Televisione Italiana.
