Luc VERRIER, 
AUDIOVISUAL DIGITIZATION AND DIGITAL PRESERVATION EXPERT

Audiovisual technician and expert in sound transfer and restoration, Luc VERRIER has been working at BnF since 1994. In 2016, he also became responsible for QA procedures of born-digital sound documents received via legal deposit and preservation expert in charge of ingest processes of AV material into BnF’s digital preservation repository.
 
He is also lecturer for master’s students in the fields of AV heritage preservation and has worked as a sound engineer for various music companies and associations.
